Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked inside factories across China, Southeast Asia, and beyond—helping companies in the U.S., Canada, and Europe build sourcing operations they could trust.

I witnessed low-cost countries evolve from basic production to world-class manufacturing, and entire industries move overseas. But I also saw the other side: small and mid-sized companies back home struggling to adapt, without the resources and expertise that large corporations take for granted.

Today, with geopolitical pressures and fragile supply chains, offshore sourcing is more complex than ever. That’s where I come in.
